Studied Literature and Psychology (Vytautas Magnus University Kaunas) and Peace Studies (International Peace Studies (Trinity College Dublin), M. Phil.), translator for the Irish Department of Justice (1999-2002), worked in an Irish Women’s Refuge, educational assistant at the International Youth Club Munich (since 2002), since 2004 projects in the field of documentary film and work as a freelance video journalist. Main areas of interest: migration and integration processes, documentary film projects as a method of self-reflection and identity exploration.
