The College is intended for people who are open and curious about encounters with people from other nations and cultures. It is open for students of all cultures, religious affiliations and genders. The courses are held by professors and lecturers from different cultural and religious backgrounds. The aim is to maintain a good balance between men and women, both within the College team and among the participants themselves.
